I can't see the video

Medica uses Flash to play it's video so you need to have the latest version of Macromedia Flash installed on your computer. Click here to download the latest version.

The video stops and starts while I'm watching it

This is most likely due the speed of your internet connection. Medica requires at least a 256Kbps connection to display the video smoothly. The faster your connection, the smoother your viewing will be.

I can't hear any sound while the video is playing

Please make sure the sound is turned up on your computer.

Minimum system requirements

We recommend the following as a minimum for viewing Medica

• Macromedia Flash Player 7.0+ plug-in
• Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed
• Mac OS X 10.3 or higher
• Firefox 2.0+ (recommended), IE 7+, or Safari 2.0+
• Broadband connection with 500+ Kbps
